G3D has a review up on one of those ever famous slot fans. They all way have reviews on these bad boys claiming 5º F or more difference just because they installed these units. I'll believe it when I see it.

PC Extremes has a review on Vblock application in your computer. Vblock, in case you've never heard of it, is like Dynamat basically just a different brand. Both Dynamat and Vblock are designed to remove noise and vibration in your caused by the road or from your speaker system =). These guys stick it in their PC to make all the noise pollution less (those fans get noisy, I know). Vblock can be found at Car Toys and the like.

ABIT announced a new motherboard today based on the VIA’s Apollo Pro 133a chipset. The board has a very creative name. You ready for this? ... VT6X4 ... wow. Aside from the mundane name the board has wide CPU support and some promising features.

HardOCP has a couple of little review thingys up today. They have a way to mod those worthless CP-VUE things (that everyone was buying and getting crapped on for doing so) in to something good. There is also a small "how to" on slapping a golden orb on to your ... GeForce?!? Yup, check it.

As some of you know (especially if you visit HardOCP on a daily basis) Aureate Media was accused of having ".dll's" that sent information about you and your computer to their servers. Well, they have changed their company name to Radiate Network and have a program now that will remove all of their .dlls from your system. Here's a link to the site and here's a link directly to the download. If you're not sure if you have any of their stuff on your computer you might want to download it just to be sure.

The Game Den has a little mouse shoot-out between the cordless Logitech mouse and the Mikcrosoft Intellimouse Explorer (optical). This site was put up by the Tech Zone, I think it is just another way for them to make more money.

Games Xtreme has an article up called "Gamers and Companies." It's about different types of gamers and some analysis on game companies. I don't agree with this opinions but everyone is entitled to their own. Just for your information, his first comment about consoles being "dead" is not true. In fact, console gaming makes up a much larger piece of the pie than PC gaming does.

iXBT Labs has posted a review of the MS-6301 by Micro-Star on i820 chipset and with SDRAM. They say it it's a very stable board and features an interesting thing called D-LED diagnostic system. Check it. Motherboard companies also need to extend a little creativity when naming their boards. I'm tired of numbers, what about the MS-Virgina6301. After reading my review, I was informed by Mr.BooMY, that he had obtained an 300 Watt Antec PP-303x Power Supply for the same price I got my MultiWave PSU for. He didn't tell me where he got it, but I'm sure if you go to Price Watch you could find it for $49. He sent me a pic of it with some of that black tubing everyone's been using. Apparently this is an AMD approved one and was the only one to score a perfect stability rating in Anand Tech's Athlon PSU stability tests. Thanks Mr.BooMY
